Zwrap is running. Please wait for process completion

Hi, I use zbrush 2019 and 4R8 and Zwrap 1.1.3 trial was downloaded.
When lowpolygon mesh is under highpolygon mesh, Zwrap is executed. However, when lowpolygon mesh is located on top of subtools, the message “Zwrap is running. please wait for process completion” continues after the Zwrap window is opened briefly.

Here is my set up :
Zbrush 4R8, 2019
Windows 10 64-bit
Processor Intel core i7-6700 3.40GHz
RAM 16GB
Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

ps. I waited almost 10 minutes or more, waiting for the message to go away.

Hi,

Do your meshes have different names?

Also, it would be really helpful if you send us any ZWrap crash dump files which you may find here: C:\Users< username >\AppData\Local\CrashDumps
