Texture transfer onto single image from multiple detailed scans

Hi,
We have whole body scans and more detailed hand scans and we register a single template mesh to both body and hands.
This works fairly well but I don’t know if there is a way to do the texture transfer from the different scans onto a single texture of the template scan.
At the moment I can solve this issue by creating textures for the body and the hands and then combine them in photoshop.
Is there a possibility to combine them directly in WrapX, considering that the UV coordinates of the registered hand submeshes point to the right areas?
I think it could be possible to do this if it was possible to transfer for example from hand scans onto a texture image that was already transferred from the whole body scan.
Is this already possible ?

I got it but i’m afraid it’s not possbile to do in WrapX at least for now
