I am new to IT and I recently set up an r3ds license server. We have three Wrap3 licenses, and one for Wrap4 - all are floating licenses.
One of my users was using Wrap4d when he thinks either another user logged on or his VPN got disconnected (access to license server is through VPN).
After logging back on the VPN, he says he now can’t access Wrap4D.
When I check the management interface, it says there is only one active connection using the Wrap4 license at the moment, and it has been running for 1 day , 1 hour and 40 mins, which is more time than what has passed since he got ‘bumped off’ (about 6 hours).
How can I check what user is using a given license? What is the best way to manage multiple users sharing a floating license?
