Faceform Forum — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Faceform (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Faceform Forum (“the Forum”). By using the Forum, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We use a third-party email delivery service to send you transactional messages such as account confirmations, password resets, notification digests and etc. This provider processes your email address solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.


Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We may retain certain data longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, unless it is needed to improve security or Forum functionality, or we are legally required to keep it longer.

When you delete your account, we will remove your Personal Data from active systems. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period before being purged.
