We just installed the new Wrap3 and when we are trying to start Wrap3, an error message pops up saying something like ‘missing MSVCP120.dll’. Can you please advise? Thanks!

Can you tell me which Windows version you are using and how recently it was updated? It is first time when we faced this bug. As far as I understand this dll must be installed by default in all modern Windows versions.
Until I updated installer with fix for this you can solve the problem by downloading and installing “Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013” from Microsoft site:
