we’re having an odd problem with keyboard shortcuts for the viewport navigation within Wrap professional 3.3.17
we are using linux ubuntu 18, using the KDE environment.
Viewport Navigation
ALT + LMB to rotate - doesn’t work. if i use this shortcut within the viewport 3d, it moves the entire app around my screen instead of moving the navigation. for another user(user1), it does nothing at all.
ALT + MMB to pan - doesn’t work , for me it minimizes the app, for user1 it does nothing at all.
ALT + RMB to zoom - doesn’t work , for me it moves the app from side to side, for user1 it does nothing at all
Mouse wheel to zoom - works
F key to fit selected objects to view - this one works
S key to align camera rotation to the nearest world axes - this one works
camera projection is on perspective, and the navigation type is standard.
i also tried resetting back to default, and the problem still occurs
i have another user(user2) who tested in the same environment, but they didn’t exhibit any issues with their navigational shortcuts.
is there another way for us to reset these keyboard prefs?
all my OS shortcuts are set to default, this is the same as user2.
any ideas what the cause could be?
we could test wrap 3.4.8 but we have a license renewal fairly soon and might wait until that has been purchased.
