in wrap , we can create texture map from scanned model and transfer to the base mesh.
but how to create normal map in effectively ?

The best tool to calculate normals, that I know, is xNormal, and it is free. We think, that implementing normal baking in Wrap at the same level of quality and speed requires too much work and it will be just duplicating existing functionality. Instead, we try to focus on wrapping stuff because it should be faster, more robust, more accurate, and easier to use. That’s why we don’t have plans to implement normal baking in our current roadmap and recommend to use xNormal.
