Hello, R3DS. I have some problems

I try wrapping…
but here are some problems.

usnig meshProject or not, both result are weird.
If I use meshProject, (expept ears, mouth part) eyes part is so weird.
And if I not use meshProject, wrapped model is totally not look like scan model.

What should I do?

I need your help.
