Floating License Issues

Hello,

Our company just bought 2 WRAP floating licenses.

We’re having issues with our licenses.
It works without a problem on one artist computer (the license server is installed on her computer) but not on the other computer where it says the “Connection timed out”.

We are currently working from home so we’re not sharing the network.

How should we set it up properly for a work from home setup?
And how to revoke the access?
