Floating geometry contains some disconnected polygons

Hi,
I’m an newbie started using wrap from 2 days only…
I’m having an issue with a wrap,it is showing a error that the floating geometry contains some disconnected polygons should be one …
kindly help me out with a solution how to connect hte disconnected polygons or if there is another solution come up with it

Please refer to this piece of documentation about basemeshes suitable for wrapping:

In short most likely your basemesh contains eyeballs or teeth. You’ve got to delete them before wrapping. You can then use Lattice node (http://www.russian3dscanner.com/docs/Wrap3/Nodes/Lattice/Lattice.html) to deform original geometry with eyeballs in the same manner as clipped geometry we deformed.
