Crash on Startup

Hi everyone,

First of all thank you for this great piece of software!
I downloaded the trial yesterday and started using the software and got really impressed and excited, already getting ready to buy the full license since it will help a lot on my next projects.

But today when I tried to open again to explore more it just simply crashes on starting up, it doesn’t say anything or any clue. I just double click, it opens the interface and simply crashes right after saying it stopped working.
Has anyone any idea what may be happening? I tried to reinstall several times but it just repeats the same problem. That’s very weird since yesterday it was just working and I don’t recall changing anything on my Windows.
Is there any log file I could attached that would help to find what’s the problem?

Please let me know if anyone had the same issue.

Note: if I try to right-click and choose to open using Nvidia Processor it doesn’t even try to open.

Hello Victor,

I don’t have a clue how Wrap3 can suddenly start crashing on startups, but I’m almost sure that this problem is somehow related to graphics driver (maybe autoupdate?). Can you try to update your driver to the latest or previous version? We are currently at Game Developer Conference, so I can’t help you right now, but in a week we will return to the office and check crash reports to solve this problem.

Hi Ivan,

I found out it was a much bigger problem within the computer and somehow it affected only Wrap3 and couple other software. It was graphics related.
Now everything is back to normal.

How have you managed to solve the problem (if I may ask)?? It’s so rare that we can not reproduce it on our machines and thus we can not solve it.
