Hi,
Sometimes, I have a time can’t save project.
Let me show you the below gif.
I chose “Save Project”, but it didn’t show a save dialog.
It’s not always happened this matter.
Just sometimes.
When it occurred, I have to close Wrap3 without saving.

We have never faced such behavior. It’s hard to fix if we can’t reproduce it. Please let me know if you ever find some hints on how to reproduce it.
The workaround though is to select all the nodes and paste them to another instance of Wrap or simply to a Notepad. After opening Wrap again you can simply paste it back so that you won’t lose your project.
