We bought 2 floating licenses for Zwrap but unfortunately we are unable to get the plugin to work. We always have the same error. So, we start ZWrap from Zbrush, it’s start to load and give us this error:
"Cannot open file
Cannot read GoZ file:
C:/Users/Public/Pixologic/ZWrap/Files/1_Cylinder3D_1.GoZ"
We tried on 2 PC, same error on both. There is a list of what we tried:
- Manual Installation and the exe setup
- Run Zbrush and ZWrap as Administrator
- Give the full controle of those folders to the user:
C:/Users/Public/Pixologic/ZWrap/Files
C:/Users/Public/Pixologic/ZWrap
C:/Users/Public/Pixologic
For this case, we are using the 2021 version of Zbrush.
