Use this category to report issues with Faceform products. A clear report helps us find and fix the problem faster.

When creating a topic, please include the following:

  • Product and version (e.g., Wrap 2025.11.10)

  • Operating system (e.g., Windows 11, Ubuntu 22.04)

  • Steps to reproduce — what exactly did you do?

  • Expected result — what should have happened, and what happened instead?

  • Supporting material — screenshots, error messages, or log files if available..

A few things to keep in mind:

  • One bug per topic, so each issue is easier to track and resolve.
  • If someone has already reported the same problem, add your details to the existing thread instead of creating a new one.
