How does one save the wrap setup while in the stages of setting up the Wrap?
For instance if I wanted to go back later and add a displacement map.

There’s no way to do that in current version. The only option is to save intermediate result (i.e. modified template model) to OBJ file.
We are looking forward to add project files lately but upcoming release will not have such options as well as displacement and normal maps.
Just in case, the main priority for upcoming release is Python API, ability to work with bigger meshes, ability to place control point between mesh vertices.
